250 g Red Espresso
Directions:
- For a single cup, add 2 tbsp Red Zeppelin to a French press/Coffee Plunger.
- Add 1 cup water, just below boiling point.
- Stir Gently
- Set the plunger on top of the cylinder without pushing down
- Allow Red Zeppelin to steep for 2 – 3 minutes
- Press down plunger slowly and pour
- Top with steamed milk or milk alternative if desired
